The 3rd annual Summer Komikon (Comics Conevention) gives the stage to the women of the local comic industry, it was held in Bayanihan Center in Pasig City, a new place for the convention since the common venue is usually in Bahay ng Alumnai in UP Diliman or in SM Mega Trade Center in Megamall.
